One bedroom, one walk-in shower, completely private bungalow in the heart of a conveniently located south Austin neighborhood. Sleeps two in a Queen-size bed. Two-person maximum occupancy. No pets. We can accommodate an infant (0-12 months) with prior notification.

$250/night, 3-night minimum.

Stay three nights, get one additional night free during the same stay
Stay five nights, get two additional nights free during the same stay

Payment is made in full at the time of reservation. 17% hotel occupancy tax includes State and Local taxes added to total ($127.50 for 3-night, and $212.50 for 5 night) -total includes taxes.

Free parking and no other added fees for cleaning or amenities.

Keyless check-in.

Host available on site, if needed with contactless check-in/out.

Check-In Time is 4:00 p.m.

Check out time is 10:00 a.m.

No early check-ins or late check-outs.

Cancellation policy (only applies to direct booking with hosts made through this website):

Cancel two weeks prior to check-in date for a full refund. Cancel one week prior to check in for half refund.

This apartment is on the north end of an urban farmhouse in an old south Austin neighborhood with chickens and gardens. The owners, Matt and Sherry, live on-site in the main house and the apartment has its own entrance for a private rental experience. Sherry is an experienced BnB hostess and strives to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Matt's a local Austin Musician and we both do our part to "Keep Austin Weird". We know you will enjoy your stay in our lovely bungalow.
